Life works in cycles similar to our inhalations and exhalations. When we only give (exhale) or only receive (inhale), we become out of rhythm. For optimal health, energy and performance, balance every exhale with an inhale.
A regular Yoga practice can provide the opportunity to re-balance -

The next 8-week
Yoga for Beginners Course
Starts Tuesday 24th September 2024 Part A
for 8 consecutive weeks

There are now 2 parts to the Beginners Course,
Part A and Part B.
You can do just one Part or both parts, in either order, before joining a regular Yoga class - or you can jump straight in to one of the classes
without completing either; it's entirely up to you.
(The next Part A starts on Tuesday 24th September and Part B starts on
Tuesday 28th January 2025)
This Course is popular so please book early.
This 8-week course will teach you all you need to know about yoga,
breathing exercises and meditation and will include hand-outs on the
specific benefits of the yoga poses.

Caroline is a full-time qualified and insured Yoga instructor and has
been teaching Yoga in and around Wolverhampton for 20+ years.
Classes are friendly, relaxed and down-to-earth.
