Going Forward with Purpose

- And lots of Love

As lock-down restrictions begin to ease many of us are perhaps feeling that our sense of purpose in life is shifting.  We have had the time and space to re-assess our situations, careers, relationships and attitudes - often through having new situations forced upon us.

There are new ideas and creative solutions coming forward amongst us but are we yet ready for more change and can we get passionate about going forward into our post-pandemic lives when so much is as yet unclear: The science of the spread and nature of the virus, whether or not there will be a second wave, how much of the social distancing is now the 'new normal' - and when, oh when, can we hug our loved ones again!?

One thing is for certain - we can't, ever,  go backwards.
So the sun has set on a chapter of your life and mine and we are facing the dawn of a new day.
Big changes are here. And change is smoother and less painful when we can give ourselves lots of love - and as best we can, try to see the love in everyone else.
Yoga can help us to do that.

I hope you will be able to join me when classes
re-start which is estimated for Monday 6th July. 
There will be more information nearer the time on how that will work with social distancing.

Caroline is a full-time qualified and insured Yoga instructor and has been teaching Yoga in and around Wolverhampton for 17 years.
Classes are friendly, relaxed and down-to-earth.
